Called around 11:08EST the morning of my aunt’s 96th birthday on 4/13/26 and my flowers were delivered to Raytown by 12:15EST! The time of the delivery was incredibly fast and my aunt loved the flowers. The staff person who assisted me on the phone was very patient, courteous and professional. Will definitely use their services again in the future and I highly recommend them to others. Thanks again!

For the past three years, our Football Booster Club has partnered with Michael’s Heritage Florist for Senior Night floral arrangements. Their bouquets and single-stem flowers are consistently of exceptional quality, beautifully designed and prepared with great attention to detail. The arrangements are also delivered directly to us, and the professionalism and reliability of their service is outstanding. We are grateful to have Michael’s Heritage Florist as a part of our community.

I ordered a Get Well arrangement from Michael’s and it was absolutely beautiful! I wanted a fall arrangement and the florist hit it out of the park. They even added a golf ball and tees like I requested because my friend is an avid golfer. The ordering process was easy and they even text you photos of the arrangement before they deliver it. Super nice and helpful too. 5 Stars!
